Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adults with a BMI > 35 kg/m2 with comorbidities or a BMI > 40 kg/m2;Co-morbidities: • Diabetes mellitus type 2 • Insuline resistance (defined by the HOMA-index, based on insulin/glucose ratio) • Dyslipidaemia • Hypertension • Artrosis • Sleep-apnoea syndrome • Steatosis, steatohepatitis • Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
