18 Years to 64 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Jong adults by whom a bilateral orchidopexy was done between 1986 and 1993.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Intraabdominal position of the testis. Unilateral orchidopexy. Unable to give permission (to sign the infromed consent) Unable to ejaculate Patient with congenital or acquired anomalies that may decrease the fertility potential (e.g. Klinefelter syndrom, gonadal dysgenesia, tumors)

| Provided that the fertility potential of the test subjects is substantially low, it could be an indication to change or optimize the treatment of these patients. This could be an introduction to a prospective study of testis tissue in children who undergo primary surgery for bilateral undescended testes. By comparing two surgical techniques the advantages and disadvantages of these methods could be shown. | — |
