Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Histology proven squameus carcinoma of oropharynx or oral cavity - Bulky T2-4, Nx, M0 - Planned for curative radio-chemotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contra indication for MRI
