Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with resectable advanced (stage III and IV) HNSCC scheduled for primary non-surgical treatment (chemoradiotherapy) with curative intent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: technically inoperable tumor every condition making MRI imposssible
