Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-smoking men between 18 and 55 years of age (inclusive).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any severe acute or chronic medical condition, psychiatric condition, or laboratory abnormality that in the Investigator's opinion may increase the risk associated with study participation or administration of study treatment, or interfere with the interpretation of study results (such as gastrointestinal surgical history or obstructive uropathy).
