Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: clinically stable chronic peritoneal dialysis patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: clinically unstable patients during acute peritonitis suspicion of encapsulating peritoneal sclerosis

MeasureTime frame
The following parameters will be investigated: 1. The status of the microvascular glycocalyx by sublingual measurement with orthogonal polarization spectroscopy (SDF) 2. Glycocalyx constituents, like hyaluronan in plasma and peritoneal effluent 3. Biomakers in peritoneal effluent 4. Residual renal function 5. Blood pressure 6. Standard peritoneal permeability analysis Note: 4,5 and 6 are part of normal clinical patient care
