Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with psoriasis vulgaris, moderate to sever.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Volunteers undergoing light therapy or taking systemic drugs such as methotrexate or cyclosporine A. -Volunteers using local topical corticosteroids. -Volunteers who develop psoriasis at wound sites (Köbner phenomenon). -Volunteers with atopic dermatitis/eczematous skin conditions. -Pregnancy
