Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -age 18-70 years -diagnosis of atopic dermatitis(according to the criteria of Hanifin and Raijka) or diagnosis of psoriasis -treated with topicol steroids

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Treatment with systemic corticosteroid or other immunosuppressive medication within the 4 weeks prior to obtaining the DBS.
