Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All groups: Age>=18 years Group 1. undergoing surgery with removal of the cervix for benign abnormalities. Group 2. undergoing loop electrosurgical excision procedure during colposcopy for (suspected) cervical intraepithelial neoplasia lesion Group 3. undergoing anesthetized physical examination or surgery in case of (suspected) cervical cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant during the tissue sampling or pregnancy in the last 3 months

MeasureTime frame
The main study parameter is the genome-wide expression profile of the different samples collected in this study, pooled by groups of CIN lesions, cervical cancer and normal cervical tissue.
