Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - between 18 and 30 years old - Dutch speaking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - facial hair (i.e. beard and/or moustache) - currently experiencing discomfort or difficulty with chewing and/or swallowing - hypersensitivity (i.e. allergy and/or intollerance) for food products under study - participating in another study, at the time of the study

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcomes are: - the start and stop of an eating event, - the duration of an eating event, - the number of chews / a timeline with chews, - the chewing rate, - food type parameters (e.g. structure (solid/semi-solid/liquid))

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secundary variables are: - Food type (e.g. solid/liquid/semi-solid en dry/wet) - Participant profile (e.g. age, BMI, gender) - Other activities performed while eating (e.g. talking) - 'Eating like' activities performed seperately (e.g. chewing gum)
