Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Caucasian males or females (N=70) - >=18 years old - BMI 19-25 kg/m2 - Subjects should be able and willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Any medication use, including PPI and antibiotics in last 3 months - Alcohol abuse (>3/day)
