Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children that participated in the DECIBEL project 2008-2009 will be contacted and asked to participate in the project. Children were born between the 1st of January 2002 and the 31st of December 2005 and defined as having Permanent Childhood Hearing Impairment; a bilateral conductive or sensorineural hearing loss of at least 40 dB in the better ear. For inclusion, children need to be at least nine years of age at time of assessment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children need to be able to communicate either by spoken language or by sign (supported) language.
