18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Colorectal cancer 70 years or older Signed informed consent Surgery is considered (all stages), stage IV patients will be analyzed separately afterwards

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not able to fill in dutch questionnaire Legally incapable patients are excluded. Patients who are physically unable to complete the questionnaires are also excluded from participation, unless help from others enables that the questions of the questionnaires may be answered.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Main research parameter is quality of life of the patient, measured by the EORTC-QLQ-CR30 and the EORTC-QLQ-CR38 at baseline and after 3, 6 and 12 months after inclusion.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
In addition the satisfaction with care, self-reliance, number of unplanned hospital admisson, mortality at 12 months and a modified living situation will be measured.
