18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Every adult patient able to give consent, indicated to undergo open aortoiliac reconstruction surgery, is eligible for inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with prior aortoiliac, para-aortic surgery, retroperitoneal radiation therapy, and/or retroperitoneal surgery will not be included.

Study parameters: Sexual, urogenital and gastrointestinal function pre-, and post aortoiliac reconstruction surgery. Outcome: Results of the following questionnaires Men: Ejaculation questionnaire (Waldinger) Cleveland Clinic Fecal Incontinence Score Pac-sym questionnaire (Constipation) IIEF (International Index of Erectile Dysfunction) ICIQ-Mluts (Male lower urinary tract symptoms) Women: FSDS (female sexual distress scale) Cleveland Clinic Fecal Incontinence Score Pac-sym questionnaire (Constipation) ICIQ-fluts (Female lower urinary tract symptoms) FSFI (Female sexual function index)
