| Cognitive tests: -Total scores and subscores of the TYM test and the MMSE test in subjects with memory complaints in comparison to subjects without memory complaints Specificity, sensitivity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the TYM and MMSE test General Health tests EEG: Amplitude and latency of P300 values in subjects with memory complaints as compared to subjects without memory complaints during an oddball test. Amplitude and latency of N400 values in subjects with memory complaints as compared to subjects without memory complaints during a linguistic test with semantic variables. Amplitude and latency of P600 values in subjects with memory complaints as compared to subjects without memory complaints during a linguistic tast with syntactic variables. Specificity, sensitivity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the above mentioned variables. Bloodmarkers: Variation in lymfocytic subsets and phenotype in subjects with memory complaints as compared to subjects without memory complaints . Variation in dendritic cell differentiation in subjects with memory complaints as compared to subjects without memory complaints. Cytokine expression patterns in subjects with memory complaints as compared to subjects without memory complaints.
