Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All donors that underwent a live donor nephrectomy between 1981 en 2010 are eligible for inclusion. Donors that have deceased will not be approached.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Donors must be capable of filling out the questionnaires in Dutch.
