Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy 10-12 years old children and 17-18 years old adolescents attending two primary and one secondary school in the city of Leiden.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -a diagnosis of congenital or acquired thyroid disease. -thyroid medication, like thyroid hormone or thyrostatic drugs (thiamazol or prpopylthiouracil).
