Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: *- Male and female subjects aged 18-80 years. *- Diagnosis of either RRMS or SPMS or PPMS at the time of their assessment (defined by Lublin-Reingold criteria) *- A disease duration (from CIS onset) of 15 years or more. - Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - *Pregnancy *- Patient received a course of steroids or had a relapse within the preceding month. *- HIV or other immunodeficiency syndrome. *- History of substance abuse (drug or alcohol) in the past five years *- Specific MRI findings (tumor, subdural haematoma, post-contusional changes, stroke, neurodegenerative disorder, or other relevant MRI finding that could interfere with evaluation) *- Patients unable to undergo MRI.
