Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informal carers of deceased oncology patients, their GP, district nurse and case manager Informal carers of deceased oncology patients who have received case management (contrast group: informal carers of patients who have received palliative care from their GP) Able to understand their participation and able to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who's death was unexpected and/of sudden Patients who received curative care at time of death Informal carers unable to communicate in the Dutch language
