Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Suffering a major depressive disorder and/or anxiety disorder (except a specific phobia) Waiting on a waitinglist of PsyQ Age between 18 and 67 Speaking fluently Dutch First episode op depression or therapy for anxiety

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Suffering a bipolar disorder - Suffering exclusively a specific phobia - Suffering from psychotic complaints - Drugs or alcohol dependence
