chest pain at the ED. The HEART score consists of the following clinical

| All patients will be followed for three months to assess the study outcome parameters. Primary outcome: occurrence of MACE (i.e. acute myocardial infarction (AMI), Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI), Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) or death) within 6 weeks after presentation (non-inferiority approach). | — |

| 3 months incidence of MACE, quality of life and cost-effectiveness of the intervention compared with usual care. Furthermore, the number of missed events will be recorded. Also, we will be able to assess future biomarkers (like DNA-markers) in the extra bloodsample. furthermore, we will be able to assess possible women-specific risk factors by means of the women-specific questionnaire. | — |
