Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The youngster; Has to have at least one parent suffering form a mental illness or substance use disorder;The course leader (psychologist or prevention specialist) decided allready for years whether a person can be eligible for the groupcourse or not. Most of the cases are. Potential participants fill in the EEVL and the course leader can ask additional questions to see what is going on. Persons with muliple problems in their environement will be monitored by the course leader. ;Sufficiently fluent in the Dutch language Has access to the internet Ability to use a chat box: able to participate actively and able to listen to other participants When aged 16-17 years informed consent of both child and parent; when aged 18 and over, informed consent of the adolescent only (mandatory under the Dutch law).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children younger than 16 and adults older than 25 years old Children diagnosed with psychological illness (DSM IV classification)
