Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We will verify the gene expression of EPCs by extended screening for genes in circulating endothelial progenitor cells involved in the ischemic response.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Gene expression of EPCs related to the medical history, for example: age, gender, smoking, genetic predisposition for the CAD, BMI, chronic diseases, inflammatory diseases, etc.
