Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inflammatory joint complaints of hand, foot or shoulder and in addition 1 other painful joint.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Symptom duration> 12 months Symptoms caused by: Fibromyalgia osteoarthritis overuse trauma
