Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age of 65 year or older MMSE score between 28-30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: wheelchair bound serious cardiovascular problems (e.g. severe high blood pressure or cardiac problems) cerebral trauma epilepsy rapidly progressive or terminal disease degenerative neurological illness (for sub-study three other than MCI/mild dementia) a history of alcoholism or drugs abuse depression severe visual problems severe auditory problems problems with the Dutch language

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The main outcome is cognitive functioning measured with neuropsychological tests for executive functioning and memory. Feasbility will be assessed by monitoring attendance, performance according to protocol, adverse effects and perceived comfort.
