Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients (male/female), aged >18 years, admitted to the acute coronary unit of the CWZ hospital for evaluation of chest pain. Inclusion criteria: - No coronary atherosclerosis (TPS6): then participation in the patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A potential subject who meets any of the following criteria will be excluded from participation in this study: - Acute coronary syndrome (ST-segment elevation or depression and elevated plasma troponin levels) - Use of statins or thrombocyte aggregation inhibitors (since these drugs have been shown to modulate epigenetic changes in in vitro studies). Of course, these drugs can be given after blood sampling if clinically indicated. - Signs or symptoms of a current infection (fever, chills) - Auto-immune diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis)
