Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy * 11 weeks acute and chronic renal disease liver cirrhosis granulomatosis (liver, lung, kidney, other) Von Willebrand disease and haemophilia Prolactinoma Use of antipsychotic medication Hypothyroidism
