Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) mild depressive symptoms, score between 16 and 34 on the Centre for Epidemiological Studies * Depression scale (CES*D) 2) age* 18 jaar, 3) sufficient control of dutch language 4) access to internet and motivated to use a smartphone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: suicidal risk
