2 Years to 17 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CAH due to 21-hydroxylase deficiency, biochemical and genetically proven Age: 1-16 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CAH due to other enzym deficiency Refusal to participate by patient/parents Known co-morbidity: cardiac disease, renal disease, co-medication that interferes with blood pressure

Comparisson of the different cardiovascular riskfactors between CAH patients and reference values. - Insulin resistance - left ventricular hypertrophy - intima media thickness - body composition - 24-h systolic and diastolic bloodpressure - 24-h urinary steroid profile - circulating biochemical risk markers (e.g. lipids)
