In the study, 40 patients (10 per participating GP) will be informed about their laboratory results. Then patients will be interviewed to determine how they perceive this process. All participating

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive patients in which blood tests are requested.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: According to the WGBO: exceptional case in which information on laboratory research is not for the benefit of the patient.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The study uses structured questionnaires for the patient and the GP (before and after the study). The primary outcome measures are scaled into three categories, and will be quantitatively processed.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Since there are some open questions included in the questionnaires for the patient and the GP, additional information can be obtained.
