Inclusion criteria: Both groups (autonomic failure, controls): - Age> 18 year Autonomic failure: - Symptomatic orthostatic hypotension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: both groups: - MMSE

The main outcome measure is the change in total SART error score in the standing vs. the supine position.
