Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: early RA patients with high disease activity (DAS28 > 5.2) RA patients in remission (DAS28

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: excluded will be male or female patients documented with inflammatory disease other then RA, cholestatic disease, use of glucocorticoids or bisphosphonates, pregnancy, breast-feeding, metabolic bone disease (unless stable osteoporosis), hyperthyroidism, and hypothyroidism.
