Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - 3 year-old children of the Whistler-cohort

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with a history of a heart defect will be excluded from this study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primairy study parameters of the respiratory system are the interrupter resistance and nocturnal wheezing and saturation. The primary study parameters of the cardiovascular system are the pulse wave velocy and the systolic function of the right and left ventricle.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary study parameters of the respiratory system are long function at the age of 4 weeks and information of visits to the general practitioner. The secondary study parameters of the cardiovascular system are nocturnal heart rate, steroid hormone level in saliva, blood pressure and blood pressure at the age of 4 weeks.
