Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Participants from the Utrecht Health Project and Building Blocks study - Available APOE genotype: either - Aged 18-50 - Signed Informed consent of aforementioned studies to be contacted for subsequent studies
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - MR contraindications (see also 5.1.2): Pregnancy, non-removable, ferrous objects in or around the body (e.g. braces, glasses, pacemaker, metal fragments, tattoos) - Major medical condition - Claustrophobia - History of somatic diseases potentially affecting brain function and/or structure - Current or past psychiatric disorders (with the exception of past major depressive disorder) - Medication potentially affecting brain function (such as antipsychotics or anti-epileptics)

| We will measure parameters which might intervene with the main study parameter (confounders: age, gender, years of education). Assessments already available include: 1) from the Building blocks study: standardised diagnostic psychiatric interview, symptom rating, medical history, neuropsychological and memory function; 2) from the UHP: wide range of general health data, including cholesterol, HDL, BMI, health care consumption as well as linkage with the computerized medical files of the general practitioners. | — |
