Interventions

Baclofen will be started with an initial doses of 5 mg a day. Every day 5 mg baclofen extra will be added tot the dosage with a final maximum dosage of 20 mg three times a day.

Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - BMI above 30 - Age 18 years or older - obtained informed consent - sufficient command of the dutch language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Diagnosis of type 1 or type 2 diabetes - obesity induced by other endocrinologic disorders - current or history of treatment with medication that may cause significant weight gain, within 3 months prior to screening
