Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: known sesame seed allergy (medical history and sIgE detection by Skin test or RAST).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 15.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
BAT: Upregulation of CD-63 on basophils, converted to the percentage activated basophils. CAP: Percentage inhibition, calculated by amount of sIgE bound to CAPs. Immunoblot: Thickness of protein bands visible on the Immunoblot (kDa).
