Inclusion criteria: 1) pre-clinical arthritis patients with positive anti-CCP or IgM rheumatoid factor OR 2) early arthritis patients with disease duration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Present use of disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs)
