18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age -> 18 - Written informed consent - Diagnosis seasonal affective disorder in remission

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Not being able to read and write Dutch - Severe of nonseasonal depression - Severe psychiatric comorbidity - Receiving psychotherapy - Not having a CD player

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoints of the study are (1) the moment of relapse and (2) severity of relapse, as assessed with a depression questionnaire (i.e., the IDS-SR).
