Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients from 4 till 16 years old with conservative treated obstetric brachial plexus palsy .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -older than 16 years, younger than 4 years. -chronical diseases on kidneys, liver, gastrointestinal tract, heart, vains, lungs and neurologic diseases -mental disease or retardation. -no informed consent -inadequate knowledge of Dutch language -operation for the OPBP.
