Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All neonates 0-28 days of age Endoscopic procedure, laparoscopy or thoracoscopy Estimated duration of surgery more than 1 hour Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inabilty to obtain informed consent from parents
