Inclusion criteria: There are no specific inclusion criteria for the participants other than that they need to be pupils of class 7 and 8 of participating primary schools in Leidsche Rijn in Utrecht.

- frequency and content of consultation at general practitioner - number of children already detected by GG&GD Utrecht Possible confounding factors, effect modifiers: Gender, age, ethnicity, family composition, parents socioeconomic status and educational level, siblings educational level, family psychopathology, possible substance abuse of parents or child, childrens medical history or admission to a hospital, gestational and perinatal problems, developmental milestones, parental conflict or divorce, number of migrations, serious disease or death of first-grade family member, frustration level of the child, general self-perception of the child, expectations of teachers and parents of the childs future mental health problems.	—
