| The main study parameter concerns differences in neuroticism-related brain activation patterns (BOLD response) measured with functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) in relation to genotype within different cognitive-emotional processing tasks, targeting emotional face processing, interoceptive sensitivity, emotional conflict and reward processing and worry. We are interested in the l/l, s/l and s/s genotypes of the SERT (5-HTTLPR) gene and the Met/Met (A/A), Val/Val (G/G) and Met/Val (A/G) genotypes of the COMT (rs4680, Val158Met) gene. In relation to the length polymorphism 5-HTTLPR, the SNP rs25531 will to be taken into account. | — |
