18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women Age 18 yrs or older Undergoing prophylactic mastectomy Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of invasive breast cancer or ductal carcinoma in situ upon pathological examination 2. Contralateral breastcancer 3. Any other form of cancer 4. Any surgery or (needle) biopsy of the breast or axilla in the last 3 months 5. Current immunosuppressive therapy (including chemotherapy) 6. Current immunotherapy 7. Autoimmune disorders
