Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stage III-IV T3-4 SCC Head and Neck, Oropharynx, Oral Cavity or Hypopharynx, Eligible for chemoradiation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to receive one of the treatment arms, laryngeal cancer, previous malignancies
