Interventions
On three consecutive days, volunteers will be dermally exposed for 4 hours to
0.25% and 0.5% SLS on both volar forearms using exposure chambers of 18 mm Ø.
On one forearm, before applying SLS, skin

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Caucasian Age between 18 - 55 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Visible dermatitis on the forearms Systemic inflammatory disease or skin diseases other than AD Sunbathing or using a tanning bed during 2 months prior to the investigation Use of antihistaminics or inflammation suppressing medicines (e.g. corticosteroids, NSAIDs) or antibiotics three months prior to, or during the investigation.
