18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mild depressive symptoms (Hamiltion Depression Scale 8-22) Between 18-60 years of age Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suicidal ideation Alcohol/substance abuse and/or dependency Complicated grief reactions Current psychiatric disorder(s) Current psychofarmacological treatment Current psychotherapeutic treatment

MeasureTime frame
In the current study reduction of depressive symptoms and the persistence of this effect are examined using the scores on the Hamilton Depression scale.
