Inclusion criteria: Age > 18 years Indication for treatment of rheuamtic deformities of wrist or hand In case of surgery: performed by handsurgeons of the VUmedical center Multidisciplinary treatment (including postoperative treatment) in teh hand rehabilitation team of Reade, location dr Jan van Breemenstraat
