Inclusion criteria: - planned for prostate biopsy - over 18 years old - signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - acute prostatitis of urinary tract infection - severe heart disease or recent onset of rhytmic disorders - had prostate biopsy within 30 days
