| Nine different tastes, administered in liquid form: three dairy products, three water based products, three oral nutritional supplements. Artificial saliva will be administered in diluted form both as neutral taste and as rinsing agent. The outcome of the study will consist of: - the neural activity due to the ingestion of these tastants; - the behavioural response related to them; - the results of the application of machine learning to these data (behavioural + brain activity); - a description of the evolution in time of the brain activity as a function of the exposition to certain tastes; - a numerical technique susceptible to be applied to other research fields whereas the temporal evolution is a relevant factor. | — |
