Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancy with gestational age between 9 and 23 weeks, informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Invasive procedure performed prior to taking the blood sample, history or active significant malignancy in the mother requiring major surgery or systemic chemotherapy, language restriction with failure to understand the study information.
